Refund Policy

Sometimes the chemistry just isn't there. The shoes pinch. The hat makes you look like a garden gnome. The bag isn't big enough for your emotional support water bottle.

We get it. Breakups happen. Here’s our no-drama return policy:

• • • The 30-Day Rule: You have 30 days from the delivery date to send it back. Plenty of time to try it on, stare at yourself in the mirror from 47 angles, and decide if it's a keeper.

    • The Condition: We need items back unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. Please don't wear those heels to a wedding, scuff the soles, and try to return them. That's not cool. (We check the soles, people!).

    • How to Return:

      1. Email yunxuantr@outlook.com with order  and reason.

      2. Print the label. (A small shipping fee will be deducted from your refund).

      3. Slap it on the box and send it back to us.

    • The Refund: Once we get the item and inspect it (give us 3-5 business days), we'll refund your original payment method.

Final Sale Items: Intimates, socks, and earrings are final for hygiene reasons. We love you, but we don't want your ear germs.
If your order arrives looking like it survived a war (damaged/defective), email us within 48 hours with a photo. We'll fix it immediately—no arguments.
